STEP 2 - REVIEW BOOKING AGREEMENT
Once we review your event details we will email you a tailored booking agreement based on the event details. The date is placed on hold for 5 days to allow time for review, revisions & signed booking agreement.
STEP 3 - BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
Booking agreement is confirmed and executed when we received signed Booking Agreement and Deposit.
STEP 1 - PLANNING THE EXPERIENCE:
Corporate and Social Events: Our Entertainment Consultant will work with you to create & tailor the perfect entertainment experience based on our WOW factor desired outcome
Weddings: Our entertainment planning guide is emailed to help you plan your entertainment while identifying your first dance songs. Our Entertainment Consultant will work with you or your Coordinator to develop and integrate the band timeline into the master wedding itinerary
Tribute & Themed Events:
STEP 2 - CONFIRM THE DETAILS:
Preliminary details are confirmed throughout the planning process based on the complexity of the event. Wedding details are confirmed 3 weeks prior to the event date with a final friendly reminder sent the week of the event.
STEP 3 - READY, SET and FOLLOW-UP
Final logistics and/or follow-up to confirm no last minute changes have occurred via event coordinator or planner
